Privacy Policy

This policy covers www.elementalperformance.net. It is written to describe what this website actually does, rather than to cover things it does not do.
The only information collected is what you type into the coaching application form: your name, email address, phone number, age, how committed you say you are on a scale of one to ten, and whatever you write about your goals and timeline.
Nothing is collected if you simply browse the site.
Your application is emailed directly to Brant Dunn so he can read it and reply. It is used to respond to your enquiry and, if you go on to work together, to coach you. It is not sold, rented, or shared with anyone else, and it is not used to send you marketing you did not ask for.
Replies come from Brant Dunn’s own email address, so once he answers, the conversation continues in your normal inbox.
The site is hosted by Vercel, and application emails are delivered by Resend. Both handle your submission in the course of getting it from this form to Brant Dunn’s inbox. As with any website, the host records ordinary server request logs.
To limit spam, the IP address of a submission is held briefly in memory (for about a minute) purely to cap how many applications can be sent in a short window. It is not written to a database and is not linked to your application.
This site sets no cookies, and there is no analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking on it.
Your browser’s session storage is used for two small things: remembering that you have already seen the loading animation, and carrying the page transition between pages. Both are cleared when you close the tab, and neither identifies you.
Applications live in Brant Dunn’s email inbox and are kept only as long as they are useful. You can ask for yours to be deleted at any time.
You can ask what has been stored about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email brant.r.dunn@gmail.com and it will be handled.
The application form is intended for people aged 16 and over and will not accept an age below that.
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will change with it.
