The pursuit of mastery starts here.

01
Never achieved, only pursued. Every block, every meal, every setback is information. The work is learning to read it.
02
Doing the right thing when nobody is watching. Honest guidance, no gimmicks, your long-term result over a fast one.
03
Not perfection. Curiosity, and the willingness to refine the system rather than defend it.

Doing the right thing when nobody is watching, and putting your long-term result ahead of a fast one.
02 / The story
For more than 20 years, I've dedicated my life to understanding the art and science of bodybuilding. Every workout, every meal, every setback, and every success has been an opportunity to learn something new. That relentless pursuit of knowledge has shaped not only my physique, but also the way I coach.
To me, lasting results aren't built through shortcuts, gimmicks, or rigid rules. They're built through education, consistency, intelligent decision-making, and a willingness to continually improve. My role as a coach isn't simply to tell people what to do. It's to help them understand why they're doing it. When clients understand the process, they gain the confidence to make great decisions long after coaching ends.
That philosophy wasn't developed overnight.
My journey began at the age of 16, when I made the decision to improve my health and athletic performance. What started as a desire to become a better martial artist quickly evolved into something much bigger. After losing 80 pounds, I decided to spend one month focused on building muscle before returning to martial arts. That one month sparked a passion that has now become a lifelong pursuit.
Over the following two decades, I immersed myself in training, nutrition, recovery, and human performance. I transformed my own physique while gaining more than 100 pounds from my original starting point, but more importantly, I developed a deep appreciation for the fact that every individual responds differently. Experience taught me that there is rarely one “perfect” approach, only the approach that's right for the person in front of you.
That belief is the foundation of my coaching.
Since beginning my coaching career in 2015, I've worked with more than 200 clients, helping everyone from beginners and busy professionals to athletes and competitive bodybuilders achieve their goals. I've guided clients through dramatic weight-loss transformations, significant muscle gain, and preparation for high-level competition, but what I'm most proud of is helping people build confidence, discipline, and habits that last long after they've reached a specific goal.
As an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Coach, and Fitness Nutrition Specialist, I combine formal education with decades of hands-on experience. My engineering background has also influenced the way I think. I enjoy solving problems, questioning assumptions, and refining systems through careful observation rather than relying on one-size-fits-all solutions.
In 2025, I experienced one of the greatest challenges of my life when I suffered a bilateral patellar tendon rupture, followed by another rupture that required a second surgery. That experience reaffirmed what I've always believed: setbacks don't define us. The way we respond to them does.
Those principles are what inspired Elemental Performance.
Our motto, Guidance with Integrity, is more than a slogan. It's a commitment. To me, integrity means doing the right thing even when no one is watching. It means being honest, remaining open-minded, never cutting corners, and always putting a client's long-term success ahead of temporary results.
Mastery isn't about perfection. It's about remaining curious, embracing the process, and committing to continuous improvement. That's the mindset that has guided my own journey, and it's the same mindset I bring to every client I have the privilege of coaching.
Whether your goal is to step on stage, build muscle, lose body fat, improve athletic performance, or simply become the strongest, healthiest version of yourself, my commitment is simple: to provide honest guidance, individualized coaching, and the knowledge you need to succeed for the long term.
Because the pursuit of mastery never ends.

Both. Most clients work with me online, which means programming, nutrition, video technique review and regular check-ins delivered remotely. In-person and hybrid arrangements are available. Tell me what you're after on the application.
No. I've coached complete beginners, busy professionals, athletes and competitive bodybuilders. The programme is built around the person in front of me, not a template.
I coach the why, not just the what. When you understand the reasoning behind your training and nutrition, you keep making good decisions long after coaching ends. That's the whole point.
Yes. I ruptured both patellar tendons in 2025 and needed a second surgery after a re-rupture. Training around serious injury isn't theoretical to me. Tell me what you're dealing with and we'll build around it.
It depends on where you're starting and what you're chasing. What I'll commit to is honesty about the timeline from day one, rather than a number designed to sell you something.
Fill out the application. It takes a couple of minutes and tells me your goals, your experience and your timeline. I read every one personally and reply.
